How should I care for my Jars Céramistes stoneware?
Our stoneware is designed for daily use and is both dishwasher and microwave safe. To preserve the glaze's luster over time, we recommend using non-abrasive detergents and avoiding extreme thermal shocks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our ceramic collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our fragile items, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the broken items for a full replacement or refund.
Are your glazes food-safe and lead-free?
Absolutely. All Jars Céramistes products are made from natural materials and our glazes are strictly lead and cadmium-free, meeting all international food safety standards.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Why are there slight variations between pieces of the same collection?
Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop. These subtle variations in color and texture are not defects, but rather the unique signature of the artisanal process and the natural reaction of the glaze during firing.
